Are you feeling the Christmas vibe yet?

As summer slowly passes and most people start welcoming the fall, the ITMS team is already busy preparing for Christmas. The elves, bellboys and angels are called in and the planning and implementation of the agency’s “Heavenly Service” for Frankfurt’s mall begins. The staff at the agency balloons, schedules have to be worked out, costumes have to be designed and sewn, unique giveaways have to be ordered, rehearsals are needed to get the team ready, thousands of flyers, posters and brochures have to be designed, written and printed – It takes weeks of intensive planning, scheduling and doing to make sure that everything is ready to go for the biggest shopping season of the year.

By the time the Christmas market opens in December with its magnificent decorations, the entire Main Taunus Zentrum, including 170 shops, appears in all its festive glory. It’s time for the agency’s event squad to begin their annual campaign.

The Christmas team at ITMS is ready to roll

Every day, elves assist by wrapping gifts in a variety of premium holiday gift wrap and ribbons, much to the delight of the happy shoppers – Other elves happily collect donations to benefit the Leberecht Foundation. Earnest children between the ages of five and 12 help pastry chefs bake lots of cookies, while their parents do their shopping at the mall in peace and quiet. The attentive pageboys hand out little surprises to young and old, read the customers’ every wish from their gleaming eyes, and guide them through the 170 shops to get that perfect gift.

Right in front of a beautifully lit, rotating Christmas tree, a daily program of varied entertainment from Christmas carols and puppet shows takes place in front of audiences of gleaming faces. And if you take a closer look, you’ll even discover an angel in front of an old English telephone booth spurring the young ones to make a phone call to Old Father Christmas.

ITMSs event specialists and promoters stand successfully behind the implementation of each and every one of these holiday activities. It’s nice to know that the agency’s Heavenly Service plays an important role in making shopping at the Main Taunus Zentrum an engaging and enjoyable holiday experience. Now that’s something that online retailers can’t match.
