The communication agency has put itself through both internal and external restructuring: reorienting on content with a focus on holistic marketing communication as well as new corporate design are the result of 25 years of experience in global marketing.
In the last quarter century, ITMS has been able to sharpen its competencies and services and lay a strong foundation for the future. The timing of the anniversary proved right for the agency to carry out the restructuring that also includes a complete refurbishing of the marketing group’s German offices. The life-size tree in the lobby marks the end of this rebuilding phase.
“The ITMS tree symbolizes our deep-rooted foundation and is as continual symbol of future growth. Just like a tree, we too have developed roots, strengthened our trunk and extended our branches to a wide range of creative services during the past 25 years. But the tree’s stunning presence in our reception area also serves as a daily reminder of our commitment to our clients. We want to continue to build upon our strong foundation and add further layers to our trunk, growing as one unified force, and through our growth, provide our customers with the most up-to-date and profound expertise,” explains founder and Executive Director George S. Pascal.
To fulfill these requirements, the agency has decided to reorganize its work processes, both internally and externally: modern workplaces with the latest equipment form the basis for fast, comfortable work. In addition, three meeting areas, a conference room, a staff lounge with a bistro feel, and an entertainment area offer the opportunity for spontaneous meetings and creative exchanges.
New, modern corporate design represents another future-oriented step in the agency and clearly demonstrates the agency’s consultative role: ITMS is its customers’ partner and offers comprehensive solutions for brand communication.
